Our Contemplative Worship begins at 5:00 p.m. on the first Sunday of each month in the sanctuary. 

The service offers periods of silence, biblical readings and readings from the spiritual masters, and soothing music. Our worshippers enter the service in silence and exit in silence. During this forty-five-minute service, one may be inspired, humbled, go deeper into the self, or simply have a period of peaceful rest.

The purpose of the Contemplative Services is for us to find rest within ourselves and rest within God. The Contemplative Services can provide a welcome respite, a place to find the inner resources to actively serve a chaotic world from a place of strength and peace.
